- Who was your supervisor as a Trainee and how did you meet them?
My supervisor was actually my father who started appraising in the early 1970’s.
- What is the most unique property you’ve appraised?
The Richard Petty Museum
- What is a fact about you, outside of work-life, that people would be surprised to know?
I swam in college for North Carolina State University, and actually had the opportunity to swim against Michael Phelps once.
- What is the biggest benefit you’ve seen from your involvement in the NCAI?
The education as well as the various contacts that I have made.
