Continuing Education Credit
The September 23 Residential Track is NC Appraisal Board approved for 4 Hours of CE, and the September 25 Commercial Track is NC Appraisal Board approved for 7 Hours of CE.
Registration
Registration for the 2025 Real Estate Valuation Conference (REVC) is open. To register, follow the button links below. The costs are as follows:
Residential Track For registrations receive by September 9th the cost is $75 per person (member/non-member). After 9/9 the cost increases by $15.
Commercial Track For registrations received by September 9th the cost is $150 per person for members and $170 per person for non-members. After 9/9 the cost increases by $15.

Additional Information
Student Notice Students seeking CE credit for this course from a state other than North Carolina are responsible for confirming with that state’s licensing board that this course will be accepted. The North Carolina Chapter recommends students check before registering.
Photo ID Required Students will need to send a photo (ex: driver license photo) to [email protected] after registering. Our instructors will be verifying photo identification of students during roll call at the beginning and throughout the class. This is a requirement, and you will not receive credit if we do not have a photo to verify your identification with.
Video Notice Our instructors must be able to see/hear you and you must be able to see/hear the instructors. Video must remain on throughout the entire class. Zoom Meeting allows student/instructors interaction through video/audio and the chat function. This is a requirement, and you will not receive credit if you do not have video/audio capabilities to see/hear the instructor/allow the instructors to see/hear you.
Required Equipment Internet Access, Computer with Webcam/Camera, Microphone and Speakers.
