​This course, developed by Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae, offers an in-depth exploration of the new dynamic Uniform Residential Appraisal Report (URAR) applicable to all residential property types. Students will learn the requirements of the new URAR, which is designed to support more thorough appraisal analysis and reporting, ensuring they are well-equipped to adopt and implement these advancements in their professional practice.

By the end of this course, students will gain a deep understanding of the dynamic URAR and expectations for completing the report.​

Who Should Attend
Practicing appraisers looking for an overview of the structural and data field changes in the new URAR. This course is essential for appraisers performing appraisals on mortgage loans sold to Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac.

CANCELLATION POLICY  

  • Up To 14 days prior to program start date, $30.00 cancellation fee. 
  • 7 - 13 days prior to program start date, $50.00 cancellation fee. 
  • Less than 7 days prior to program start date, forfeit of payment.
