Letter from the President: Winter Chapter Business Meeting

Dear NCAI Member,

I hope 2018 was a great year for you, your family, and your business, and I wish you a healthy and prosperous New Year in 2019!

I’m writing to personally invite you to the NCAI Winter Meeting at the Grandover Resort in Greensboro, NC on January 17-18. As you know, the Winter Meeting coincides with our annual Officer Installation Banquet, which is always a well-attended and festive evening of fun and fellowship as we usher in a new slate of officers and welcome friends, family, and colleagues for the presentation of new hard-earned designations.

If you have already registered, I want to thank you for your support! Your presence at Grandover is much-appreciated.

If you haven’t yet signed up, I want to encourage you to do so right away; and I want to remind you that our proud organization has flourished for more than sixty years because of people like you. Your participation at meetings is greatly appreciated and vital to the sustainability of NCAI. As an added bonus to the great food, fellowship, and networking opportunities, remember that just being there counts for AI continuing education hours.

While I realize that the hotel room block has filled to capacity, we have added a list of alternate lodging options in the Greensboro area. If you’re not planning an overnight stay, we hope you’ll at least consider driving in and joining us for one or both days. Registration for both the Chapter Business Meeting and the CE offering “Advanced Land Valuation: Sound Solutions to Perplexing Problems” are now open.

I want to thank you again for your membership and participation in this organization. It has been an honor to serve this chapter as your President in 2018, and it will be my honor to hand the reigns over to Sheri Colvin and the Officers of NCAI in 2019. Sheri is one of the most dedicated and hard-working people I have ever known, and she will be a fantastic leader of NCAI. She and her fellow Officers deserve and greatly value your support at Grandover and throughout 2019.

See you there!

Sincerely,

Joel G. Tate, SRA
2018 President, NCAI
