EDUCATION POLICIES

Due to continued changes in the education network policies and material ordering, the Chapter's registration and cancellation policies will be strongly enforced. The following are the current registration and cancellation policies for your information

Cancellation Policy
With written requests postmarked more than 14 days prior to even, refunds will be granted less a $75 cancellation fee. For written requests postmarked 7 to 14 days prior to event, a 50% refund will be granted. Cancellations 7 days or less prior to the event and "no shows" the day of the event will forfeit payment.

Continuing Education Credit
The Appraisal Institute requires 100% attendance to obtain credit while the NC Appraisal Board requires 90% or better. A Designated Member cannot receive credit for a seminar more than once in a 5 year cycle.

Registration Policy
Registration will not be confirmed until the chapter office receives both the registration form AND tuition payment. Registration forms received AFTER the early-bird deadline are subject to the regular fee schedule regardless.

ADA Compliance
If you have a disability and may require some assistance, please notify us in writing at least 2 weeks in advance and we will arrange for reasonable accommodation.

Please contact the Chapter office by E-mail: nancy@ncappraisalinstitute.org , T 336-297-9511 , F 336-297-9055 to obtain a course or seminar registration form if you are unable to print a registration form from this site.
